1986 Kodak scientists invented the worlds first megapixel capable of recording 1.4million pixels capable of producing a photo quality print 5x7
Introduced improved imulsion technology with its Eastman EXR colour negative film products in 1989 these gave cinamatographers significant creature flexibility providing more under exposure latitude truer colour in fluorescent light and greater sharpness
2002 Kodak vision 2 motion picture films were launched ,designed to work with both film and digital post production systems thus providing less grain improved detail in shadows and increased neutralality in tone and colourKodak,s cinesite unit is engaged in in digital special effects ,it is also developing a high quality digital solution
